Our family has relied on Harleys for years with our vehicles that are off factory warranty. They have always done a great job, and always stand behind their work. Most recently Steve handled a repair, then advised me of something i would be needing to do soon, but could save me about $700 by doing it now. $700 they could have just waited and gotten when i returned with the "new problem ". But they did the right thing for the customer. If this sounds like a business you would want to find in your "time of trouble ", then give them a call and have your next oil change done there and get acquainted. I definitely recommend them with 5 stars!

By far best mechanic shop i had to deal with they call to give up dates and get your car done in a timely manner. Last shop i went with had my vehicle for 3 months no updates. I got a call within 2 days of you guys having my ride with a update. You guys have fixed plenty of my families vehicles ill stand by harleys all day everyday. Big mistake thinking the dealership would fix jt the right way to. Harleys shop will fix it the right way the first time.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now for various car services and I’ve never had a bad experience. The employees are respectful and kind. They do quick work and are reasonably priced. If there is ever an issue/discrepancy the workers will always try to make it right.

My wife and I have had a great working and business relationship with the Staff at Harley's for 10 years. Maintenance, repairs and upgrades, you name it, they have taken care of it. Brandon is our go-to for communication and he is fantastic, but all the staff and mechanics we have worked with here at Harley's have been honest and professional. They keep our vehicles in good shape and we give them the business they deserve. They go above and beyond to the point of educating us, helping us diagnose problems before we get there, saving us money and time. For my dollar, I can't imagine using any other mechanic shop! Great service, along with great communication. Took in my car quickly, which did mean they had to keep it for 1-2 days, which was okay with me if it meant faster service than waiting 1-3 weeks for a scheduled appointment. Very honest about the wait time about getting parts for my car, and was very good about keeping me updated. This experience wasn’t a one off thing, it’s been consistent with the customer service. I don’t treat my car great, honestly. But they take good care of her for my lack of it! 🥲❤️🫡

-I'll be brief but to the point. -I wouldn't take car anywhere else to get fixed. Counter staff are attentive and thoughtful. Mechanics did quality work. -My car sprung a big oil leak and I live in Williston. They are associated with the convenience store/car rental next door. When they diagnosed and I agreed to using a rental, they took care of everything. Took care of my wife and I in a pinch and this was at the end of the day; closing time. -Their rental was also minimum headache and the cheapest I've ever rented a car at. -The cost of the repair came in under what I expected. They turned an impossible situation into a possible one. Thanks Harley's. You saved my bacon.

Quoted 350 dollars for the amount of work needed. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and the bill was $301. I have never had a bad experience here. They stand by their work. Best place in Minot to take care of your vehicle.

I finally found a great place to take my car, thanks to a Reddit thread about block heater installation. Needed a new battery but also needed alignment work and got a block heater put in and some brake work. Good price considering how much work was done and it was finished prior to the date initially given. Friendly as well when talking to me about the car even though they are very busy. Will be going here for all repairs.

There are times I question why I still live in a small town, and then I get my vehicle serviced at Harleys and I remember what draws me to this place (it's certainly not the winters! 😂) I'm not saying the stellar service I get from Brandon, Mark, and Steve is why I remain but it's definitely in the top 5! The best, most trustworthy shop in Minot. The dealership tired to charge me $2000 for a bunch of maintenance. I took it to Harley’s for a second opinion. They recommended changing one belt and said everything else looked great. We’ve never been back to the dealership, because of this place’s honesty!

Excellent reliable valued just so many different good things to be said about this automotive center repair shop.we had our car we brought it in they took care of us the price was excellent got a chance to get a ride with the owner back to our hotel and we picked up our car on yesterday which would have been Thursday and I cannot say enough about the quality about the carrying the customer service the all-around experience of going to their to their shop and I will return and I will recommend them to anybody and everybody that I run into who's having any kind of automotive problems.

I was recently traveling back to Texas after attending my mother's funeral in Canada. During my return trip I had an issue with my vehicle. Even though they were clearly extremely busy the folks at Harley's treated me as though I had been their best customer for the last 20 years. Not only did they have me back on the road as quickly as possible, the quoted price for the repair work was exactly what I paid. I can not recommend these folks enough to anyone who may be looking for a new automotive center to call "Home." Thanks to the staff for making an already difficult trip just a little easier to deal with.

By far one of the most amazing staff of people I've came in contact with in the automotive industry. My truck broke down on the side of the road on the way home to Missouri, they said go ahead and have it towed and and they will take care of it. They listen to my questions and address my concerns and despite how busy they are I got my vehicle in and done 3 days. I had to take a flight home so me and my wife drove our car back to North Dakota from Missouri to pick up our truck and they came in after hours make sure I had the keys and everything was in earning order. Hands down one of the better automotive shops and the northern states!!!
